Jan 24, 2018 I am trying to downlad a free trial of Illustrator CC on my mac pro 13inch (mid 2012), as far as I'm aware I have all the latest updates. I am unable to download the trial as it says 'This computer does not meet the minimum system requirements for Illustrator CC. Please refer to the system requireme. To use Touch workspace in Illustrator, you must have a touch-screen-enabled tablet/monitor running Windows 10 (Microsoft Surface Pro 3 recommended). OpenGL 4.x Optional: To use GPU Performance: Your Windows should have a minimum of 1GB of VRAM (4 GB recommended), and your computer must support. Adobe Creative Suite 5, CS5.5, and CS6 applications support Mac OS X v10.8 and v10.9 when installed on Intel-based systems. 2 GB of RAM (8 GB recommended).

For optimal performance with Creative Cloud apps, we recommend you keep the operating system of your computer or mobile device up to date. For desktop apps, use no earlier than two versions back of Windows or macOS. For mobile apps, use no earlier than the previous version of iOS or two versions back of Android.
